Determining client objectives, understanding needs and goals of the organization then develop a recruiting/ sourcing plan. Our sourcing process is industry tailored and targeted to find the right match.
Actually get to know candidate, talk to the potential hire to understand what’s important them. Execute a skills assessment, talk about applicable experience, why are you a fit? Lastly assess if the candidate has the DNA to be successful in the role and explain to client why this candidate is worth an interview.
After clients interview and decide that they want to move forward with the applicant we consider it a win on both sides. We also monitor the placed candidate for 90 days to ensure it’s a fit for both parties.
Pierre's work was amazing! We were in need of 20 party servers for a V.I.P one day event in Washington, DC. My organization needed them interviewed, vaccinated and trained in 7 days.
